For every €10,- spend you get points in return. The higher your level within our loyalty program, the more points you'll receive per €10,- spend. The €10,- is automatically converted into the currency of your country based on the exchange rate set at the beginning of every new year.
If you are a member, you automatically will receive special offers and promotions which are for the eyes of our Hoek Exclusive members only.
You will get (based on your level) extra discount on top of the discount of the specific promotion. For example: if we have a 5% discount for all Hoek flowers customers, you will get a 10% discount if you are a Gold member.
Are you already familiar with our Hoek boxes? A couple of times a year we have a special box, such as the autumn, summer or Halloween box. A box full of extraordinary flowers for extraordinary prices. And as a Hoek Exclusive member you’ll receive an even better price!

Be the first to have a look at our special pre-order list, once we have a big promotion going on such as for Valentine's or Mother's day. As you know they are always limited available … so be the first one to look and buy!
A wedding or (big) event ahead? Or you find it easy to already pre-order your flowers for the week coming? For our Diamond members it's possible to pre-order flowers whenever they want via an online pre-order list.
Troubles with the web shop or any other question? Our Diamond and Gold members have the privilege to contact our customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All our Diamond and Gold members will get a longer term of payment. You will be contacted personally.
Every year we are organizing our (famous) flower trips to both Amsterdam & Italy, and who knows where else in the future. As a Diamond or Royal member you will have exclusive access to the part of the shop where we offer these trips (when available).
As a Diamond or Gold member you'll have more time to shop our pre-orders for example during Christmas and Valentine's.
All our Royal members will get a bit more time to shop after the web shop closes for all our other clients (time depends on the country you're situated).
